Reopening of Refurbished Rental House in Cubao’s Sikatuna Bliss Subdivision

After a long pause due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a charming rental house nestled in the heart of Sikatuna Bliss Subdivision in Cubao has officially reopened its doors to new tenants. The property, which had been closed off to the market since early 2020, is now fully refurbished, cleaned, and thoughtfully redesigned to provide a fresh start for renters looking for a peaceful home in one of Quezon City’s most accessible locations.

The house’s reopening was quietly celebrated earlier this week, with a handful of real estate agents and neighborhood representatives taking part in a small open house. The three-bedroom residence had remained unoccupied during the height of the pandemic due to health concerns and lockdowns. But after months of careful preparation, the property has been transformed with renewed energy and upgraded amenities for modern-day living.

Nestled along one of Sikatuna Bliss’s quieter inner roads, the house sits in a family-friendly, gated community known for its security, proximity to major transport hubs, and a long-standing tradition of neighborly camaraderie. The unit now boasts fresh paint in warm, neutral tones, brand-new lighting fixtures, polished tiled flooring, and fully sanitized bathrooms. One of the most noticeable upgrades is the open kitchen layout, which flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, giving the space a bright and airy feel.

According to the owners, the shutdown during the pandemic was a difficult but necessary decision. With no tenants moving in during lockdowns and concerns over virus transmission, the family opted to halt all rental activity. “We didn’t want to risk anyone’s safety,” said one of the owners. “Instead, we used the time to reassess the space, do a full cleanup, and make sure the house is even better than before.”

They partnered with local contractors to replace outdated plumbing and fixtures, scrub down every corner, and create a more comfortable experience for future occupants. New insect screens, curtains, air-conditioning units, and cabinetry were also installed, turning what was once a basic rental unit into something more refined, appealing to both young professionals and small families.

One of the major selling points is the house’s location. Just minutes from Aurora Boulevard and the Cubao MRT and LRT stations, residents will find it easy to commute to other parts of Metro Manila. Gateway Mall, Ali Mall, and Farmers Market are also within walking distance, offering tenants plenty of shopping and dining options. The area also has a number of reputable schools, clinics, and recreational parks.

The property is now available for long-term lease, and interested tenants are encouraged to schedule a private viewing. With its updated interiors and strong location, the house offers an ideal balance of convenience and comfort, perfect for anyone looking to settle in Cubao. After a long wait, the Sikatuna Bliss home is finally ready for new stories to unfold within its freshly painted walls.
